Fuli Institution with a long history, was created as the famous Institution for books collections in the Yuan Dynasty. The modern location for Luzhi Primary School (currently as Shengtao Ye Memorial) is the historic site of Fuli Institution. The inscriptions by Tongyu Wang have been well-preserved in the southern section of the Baosheng Temple.
